Children over 3 years and adults:
Over the sink or in the bathtub, bend your head to one side and insert the spray tip into the nostril on the opposite side to where your head is tilted. Press once, firmly, for 2 or 3 seconds.
Repeat with the other nostril, with the head tilted in the opposite direction.
Blow your nose.
Clean the spray tip with warm water after each use and wipe dry.
